We have launched a new booking system for the 2025 season. We welcome any feedback you have for us. Please feel free to email us with your thoughts.
GROUP BOOKINGS INFORMATION:
If you are booking as a group and have more than one unit (tent/campervan) you can either:
- Book individually and put the “lead bookers” name in the “notes” under the customer details tab, and we will then link the bookings on our system to ensure you are all pitched together OR
- If you are the lead booker and wish to book for everyone in your party, please fill in your individual unit details on the “Availability” section to the right and then under the “Customer Details Tab” input details of each additional unit joining you in the ‘Tent Breakdown’ box. When you get to the “Payment Tab” the system will only charge for your individual unit booking. We will then be in touch with you as soon as possible and send out a full group confirmation email with individual unit amounts for each tent/campervan and a payment link so that everyone within your party can pay separately if they would like to. The information we require in the “Tent Breakdown Section” would be “Family name”, “Unit type”, “Number of adults” & “Number of children” e.g. Smith family tent – 2 adults & 2 children; Jones family campervan 1 adult & 3 children etc.

Cancellation List
We cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer a space, but will try our best where we can, and be in touch if we can re-jig or if we have a cancellation.
Prices
- £15/person (aged 16+) /night
- £9/child (aged 3-15) /night
- Free of charge:
- Children aged 2 and under
- Pets
- Pup tents that come with a family tent
- Communal gazebo in a group booking
All tents & campervans have a minimum spend of £30/night/unit. Please note we have a minimum 2-night booking policy at weekends and 3 nights on bank holiday weekends.
For example:
The minimum unit charge will apply to the following scenarios where the booking is less than £30:
- 1 adult in a unit
- 1 adult & 1 child in a unit
- Up to 3 children in a unit
All our locations are an ideal location for enjoyment of the countryside for all ages.
Therefore, we ask camping guests to ‘leave no trace’ and to be especially conscious of noise that could disturb the peace and tranquillity of fellow campers or the amazing wildlife found in the fields.
We have a strict noise restriction in the evenings due to being in a village with residents on the same lanes or adjacent to the site. We ask that all campers respect this and keep all noise to a minimum after 10 pm.

We are a working farm, so we are not in the office every day. Please expect a couple of days delay before a response is received to your enquiry – thank you for your patience 
Payment and Refund Information

If you are a last-minute booking on the day and we have availability, then we will accept cash on-site as payment for your booking. We do not have any card facilities on site.
REFUND POLICY:
- If you have booked and paid, a refund shall be made to you if you cancel up to 14 days before your arrival date.
- No refunds will be due after this time.
- Please note all refund transactions carry a 10% administration fee which will be deducted from your total refund.
- Please note that deposits paid for exclusive field hire are non-refundable.
